Being that presidental election year politics is in full swing and being a betting man I would have to go with political expediency winning the day...that's what I love about election years. Everybody has to anwer questions and explain themselves, account for their actions, especially those in office wishing for re-election; those w/o a track record are at an advantage in this respect. This will be just one of many quandaries that will rise, many many more to come...LOL
