You should really be working overtime on your practice drills today. Your ability to understand your weak points could help to draw you closer to some positive improvements. Opportunities are now! Your mind should be focused, but your intuition about opponents should be strong as well. Today is a "3 ball" day for you. Refrain from gambling or giving weight today.

http://i.keen.com/taurus3.gifTaurus

Try to pay attention to any financial opportunities that might be coming your way today. Look for action in
9-ball & 1-pocket. But you might want to keep the bets simple and low-key at first. Put some cash in their pockets, then, up the ante'! Today is a "5 ball" day for you! Go ahead, give 'em 2-on-the-wire!

Other players should be willing to pay attention to what you have to say right now, so be sure to use this time to sell some lessons. You can make money today in Scotch Doubles. Check your tips; they might need to be reshaped. Today is a "4 ball" day. Go out and rack 'em up!

http://i.keen.com/cancer3.gifCancer

Now's a good time to try to sell that old cue. You should soon have the cash for that new "custom" cue you have longed for. So take the time to plan and prepare wisely; that big money game is just around the corner. Today is a "5 ball" day for you. Bet the HOUSE!

http://i.keen.com/leo3.gifLeo

Some of your league/tournament friends may be taking on a role of even greater prominence in your life today. Some positive developments are in store for your game. A gift of some lessons with a top professional are in the cards, just try not to let your expectations get too out of hand, and remember to practice the lessons that you will be taught. Today is a "2 ball" day. Stay away from gambling with those unknown to you.

http://i.keen.com/virgo3.gifVirgo

Some new games could make this an interesting time for you. Learn to play 1-pocket and 10-ball. They will become "your calling." People are talking about you right now; it's your stance. Refocus on the "fundamentals" of the game. Your ferrule is cracked. Today is a "1 ball" day for you; spend it practicing the new challenges that 10-ball & 1-pocket bring.

http://i.keen.com/libra2.gifLibra

You're bound to have a taste for the riskier challenges today; ACT ON THEM! The scales of Libra are level today and so is the playing field! Find some action, any action: Today, you CAN'T lose! Today is a "5 ball" day; Shoot your entire wad! It will double!

http://i.keen.com/scorpio3.gifScorpio

Today, the Scorpion stings you. Your spouse is filing for divorce, the kids were suspended from school and the results from the blood test are in: it's yours. Spend the day INSIDE the safety of your home (you won't have it for very long.) Plan a road trip, get some action, bank some cash. You will be "laid off" from work tomorrow. Today is a "scratch on the 8 day" for you.

http://i.keen.com/sagitarius.gifSagittarius

Try to do what you can to pay attention to your 9-ball game. You probably won't be very good at playing right now, so do your best to practice intensely. Instead of going out and looking for action, now's a good time to work on improving your game. Your new Predator shaft is warped; send it back. Today is a "3 ball" day for you. Be cautious.

http://i.keen.com/capricorn2.gifCapricorn

Some positive game and gambling developments should be heading your way at this time. Some interesting new opponents could be available to you, and you should be feeling fairly optimistic right now as well. Try to take the opportunity to get deeply into their pockets. Your stroke is "on", your mind is "in the zone" and VICTORY is awaiting! Today is your "5 ball" day. Go get 'em!

http://i.keen.com/aquarius2.gifAquarius

The subject of love and romance will probably be all you have today: While you were in the apartment "gettin' your groove on", someone broke into your car and stole your custom case and cues. But not to worry, you have insurance and your cue-maker has been deceased for three years now. You will get five times what you paid for the cue! BUT! Don't spend the cash...you have a "surprise" awaiting you: Nine months from now, you'll know the birth control failed! Today is a "1 ball" or "5 ball" day...it just depends on how you feel about children!

http://i.keen.com/pisces2.gifPisces

You should have the opportunity to travel today, out of State, to a new environment. Remember that traffic ticket you received at Valley Forge last year? Well, you didn't pay it and the cops are looking for you. Remember that your biggest gains at this time are likely to come from paying careful attention to the "details" of your life, like trafffic tickets. Stay away from the pool hall; it's the first place they'll look. Definitely a "1 ball" day.

Regards,

Ken (bored to tears during this week off from work)

This may or may not be a real horoscope. As a Sagitarius I was a little worried but it is not true. My Predator shaft is as straight and clean as ever!!!!!!!!! You're right about that 3 ball day though.

If it's not warped now, it will be. Don't blame me! I don't have anything to do with how the planets align and the moon shines and all of the astereelogicul stuff. What? You think I make this stuff up???

Regards,

Ken (talking with Madame Cleo's 900 number on the phone right now. Well, actually I'm on HOLD for her. I wish she'd hurry...it's been 45 minutes already!)

Good afternoon Tom:

Not only are they aligned, they appear to be very large targets as well.

Well, you're all wrong when it comes to me! I'm Scorpio and none of that stuff is happening! My husband wouldn't file for divorce, I'm the one with the money and he'd get nada. We don't have kids, so that's not happening, either. And as for the "blood test" and "it's yours", well if it wasn't, wouldn't that rate as some kind of miracle worthy of Ripley's Believe It Or Not? I just paid the mortgage and the check cleared. And work would be screwed up the yazoo if I were to leave them, let alone them letting me go.

I think Miss Cleo just wants to keep you hanging on. Do me a favor and ask her if she sees a jail sentence in her future for fraud from the class action lawsuits that are happening against her! LOL!

Barbara~~~has more than just her moons lined up...

Ken, your week off from work is showing up on the Top 10 List; your up a few spots in the last couple of days. Look what happened when TomFromCincy had two weeks off recently. /ccboard/images/icons/smile.gif/ccboard/images/icons/smile.gif/ccboard/images/icons/smile.gif

If this list was based on pool knowledge, I would be hard pressed to explain why I am on it. Anyway, it's not a problem like it was when the board allowed only 300 posts and it got to the point that you had only 18 hours before they went into the dreaded Archive Zone./ccboard/images/icons/shocked.gif There was only one person that had a reasonable chance of finding anything in there: Navigator Ken.

If I were smart, I would take this week and spend it in a poolroom, practicing. I never claimed to be smart.

Ken

Good morning Pookie:

If you were smart, and I know that you are and/or have the potential, you would take a week off and take the wife (no cues) away to a romantic place.

Well, my "former Schnookums",

I am in the planning stages of doing exactly that. Her birthday is the last day of this month and she is receiving:

6 hours at a "Day Spa", including a massage, new nails, pedicure, hair style and make-up application.

A limo is picking her up after that, driving her to a nice restaurant in Dallas, where I will be waiting with a small gift of jewelry and after dinner...

...we head to the airport. We're not going too far. We are spending the weekend in San Antonio on the "Riverwalk."
[/list]
We are taking a "delayed" Honeymoon in October in Cabo at the Melia.

So see...I don't just spend my hard-earned cash on pool cues and fishing stuff for ME.

Regards,

Ken (hoping she likes her new tackle box and lures, flippin' rod and Joe Porper Tip Shaper too!)

Cuemage,

I just spent 97 minutes on hold for "Miss Cleo." I asked her if you were going to win the $300 million dollar lottery. She said "Let me check" and placed me on hold for another 38 minutes. When she returned, she replied "No, your friend will not win but three other people will."

I'll be damned if I didn't turn on the news and heard THREE PEOPLE WON! That Miss Cleo is downright amazing!

Regards,

Ken (sorry for Cuemage's financial loss)
