Watched the US Open final on PPV last night but only the first half. Had to go to pool league.

Jones did not seem annoyingly slow. Someone said his hands sweat plus Incardona said it was a bit warm in the building. That's a bad combination.

CCBer's got some serious face time. I bet Spike is showing all his buddies that cute 9BG he was sitting next to.

RE: the diamond steel plates around the table. They look cool but aren't they annoying to the players? Someone who was there please enlighten me

Shouldn't they make the ad placards large enough to read? Maybe my 19" Sony is just too small.

Thanks for supporting the event.

As for the diamond tread, not one player complained. The only negative comment from a player was related to the spotted cue ball, and even that wasn't about the spots, but rather he questioned the quality of the ball itself. Incidentally, that player did not win his match.

BTW, all 2003 U S Open matches will be available for viewing online, in their entirety, within the next several weeks @ www.billiardclub.net. (http://www.billiardclub.net.)

Stayed tuned!

Will the semi-finals be shown again on cable pay-per-view?

Wasn't there a package deal for a lower price if you bought all 3 matches?
