Refinishing My Pool Table

I have a 7' pool table that was given to me by my grandfather. It has a slate bed and automatic ball return system. It needs new felt and bumpers, because the original bumpers are dead as a doornail. I live in central Pennsylvania, Lycoming county more specifically, and I want to get the table refinished. However, I don't know where to go to get the refinishing done. You need to ask your local pool hall operater. They have to get their tables recovered every once in a while, so they would know who could do it.
