View Full Version : Whats wrong at azbilliards?
I'm hoping this will get the attention of someone at azbilliards. Why in the #@%^^&* can't I be allowed to post? I've register at least twice, I'm recognized when I log on but I can't post. I'm about to leave there never to be seen again. There...I've had my rant.

It's dead, Jim...
I'm sure you've never heard that one before. /ccboard/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Yeah it happened to me when I registered "UWPoolGod". And if you don't follow the directions to a T I guess, it won't let you post. So I had to reregister as "UWPoolGod1" and then it worked fine. but like you said...I could enter as this name but I was not allowed to post either.
I would just try to re-log in. I had the problem when I first registered there so I just relogged in and never had the problem ever again and Ive been a member there for quite some time
I just went there.....AGAIN and waited forever for the site to come up. It logged me in automatically but wouldn't let me post so I logged out and tried it all over again but it would not let me post.

It might have to do with your IE settings.
I don't know if going to the Advanced tab of you IE properties and setting it to default level would help.
Send Mike an email, I'm sure he would like to know about the problem.

Yeah...or go back and clean out your IE cookies. Microsoft tried to make things quicker and easier with cookies, but also made some things angering. Found another place in my windows directory the other day where copied webpages were stored. Ohh the things we have to go through to hide out porn.. LOL /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I use Netscape no IE.
What's the email address? I tried to pm the moderator but wasn't allowed to go there or to send an email through the website. /ccboard/images/graemlins/mad.gif
Thanks Rod. The message has been sent. I'm sure Mike will straighten it out. All I wanted to do was tell him how much I enjoyed the blow by blow account of the Reno final match last night. /ccboard/images/graemlins/wink.gif
Five hours, no reply to my email to firstname.lastname@example.org and still cant post. /ccboard/images/graemlins/mad.gif
It's likely Mike is on the road today returning to Phoenix from Reno. Sorry I can't help Jim.

Thanks Troy. I've thought of that and wondered if he is the ONLY person there that can approve a new poster and wondered why this has happened both times I've tried to register.....or was it three times...and I'm in a snit today and impatient as hell and I want what I want when I want it and I've been raising hell with everybody in my way and it's just time to go to bed and decide to do better tomorrow. Sorry for the mood. /ccboard/images/graemlins/blush.gif Tired of acting like a spoiled brat today and I can't seem to get past it. Time for a nap.

Jim, back when we had the Fast Larry problems I set the forum to require admin approval before someone could post.
After the finals in Reno last night, I got off line and did not get back on until after I got back home today. Now that I am home, I have taken care of approving you for the forums.
Sorry about the delay.
Sorry about my childish impatience Mike. Yesterday was....well...let's just say I'm grateful it was yesterday and therefore GONE..HISTORY.
Posted on az this morning. Thanks Mike and as I said in the email I loved the blow by blow account of the Reno show. I liked the style of your reporting.

Ahhh...well how about my "UWPoolGod" handle so I don't have to put the stupid "1" after it. I mess it up all the time and have to relogin. LOL

Whenever I clean out my cookies and internet files and history files, maybe this is what causes the problem.
I must sign in again to allow me to make my comments...I only do this once a week or so.
