If you have an idea what you want, a good jeweler can make one for you. My wife had my wedding ring made for me, it's a 9-ball rack with 8 gold balls and a diamond set in the center in place of the 9-ball. It's one of a kind, and not really all that expensive to have done.

I'm selling a Greg Sullivan pendant on e-bay. Item #3646293352. Greg isn't making jewelry anymore, he's making Diamond billiard tables and accessories. This is a unique piece and you may never see another one like it. Sorry about the plug for my item but thought it might be pertinent to your post.
Merry Xmas..............TommyT

Cue & Cushion on Woodson Ave. in Overton, MO (a suburb of St. Louis) has custom made gold jewelry with pool themes. I'm sure you can find their contact info at <http://www.playpool.com> and you can ask for Chris (one of the owners).

Hey Steve,
Another idea is, depending on your budget, if you find something you like, buy it, then customize it yourself to make it your own!
The chain I wear around my neck is a pool table my husband found in Manhatten-like everyone else, I wanted it to be my own , so, I inserted my daughters birthstones inside the pockets, so now each pocket has rubies, diamonds and emeralds!
