How does this thing work? Looked on the tournament site but could only find how much each player puts into each game. How is it actually run? They play each other then 2 players play a final and the winner gets the money or do they all play the same game? How does that work?

Once order is established (draw straws/ pills/ who knows...) all players play in every game, until they run out of $$. No safeties are allowed, all balls spot, ball in hand behind head-string, in the case of a foul, incoming shooter has option of making fouing player shoot again.

The stakes go progressively higher -- except that when any player is nearly tapped out -- that round is 'all in' at the low player's money level, which becomes a knockout round for that player.

Also, at certain intervals the order is redrawn, so the same players aren't always following each other.

At leas that's my understanding...

You have to remember... it's really tough to beat someone that doesn't know anything about the game.
