Carom table conversion kit or adapters.

Does anyone know where can I find adapters to turn a pool table into a carom/billiards table? I found a set once on Ebay, but they went for a couple thousand as they were antiques, and haven't found others there.
I have found them in other countries, but the shipping added to the cost fo the adapters is ridiculous.
Might have to wait until I go to Mexico to get them.
