I was suprised after reading the liner notes that it was more that just a picture, the book is about a young female pool player!!!
I bought it at once,and can't wait to dive in...I have not had a chance to read this board much lately so maybe y'all are already aware of this book? But here is the amazon link just in case...

Well the first chapter was very good, and the author seems to have some understanding of the game. The customers reviews at amazon were raves...I am trying not too look at with too critical of a poolplayer's eye, and enjoy the story.
