Hi, New to the board and returning to pool in La Crosse, WI. Looking to buy an 8' table (can't fit a 9'). Want a table that plays as well as possible for ~$2500, not too concerned about style. I've done my homework and know what to look for in design/construction/materials (whatever I buy, I'll get Simonis cloth). But I haven't had the good fortune to actually play on lots of different brands of tables. Have not been able to find a high quality used table locally so probably buying new. Brunswick and Olhausen are available locally, but I'm not impressed with what they have under $2500. CL Bailey tables are available locally (sold, installed, and serviced by a BCA Master Instructor), but I haven't seen much about them on this forum. Would appreciate any insight on quality of Bailey's and how they play. And if you have other ideas, I'm all ears.
