The half time show and the commercials involved in the super bowl should be insulting to most Americans but sadly those of us that are insulted are likely a small majority.

Have we really become blithering idiots or does the media just like to treat us that way?

Janet's exposed breast on national TV in front of our children and sadly a lot of people think its great even many on these message boards are applauding it.

TV commercials that sink to the lowest form of humor and insult anyone with an I.Q. higher than a crowbar and we sit idly by and soak it in like mindless lemmings.

The Kid desecrating our flag, all this and nobody rises up, nobody does anything, sure there will be a few dissenting voices for awhile then it will all quietly fade away while we wait patiently and wait for next year so we can get mentally raped all over again.
God Bless America!

I agree, the game itself was maybe one of the most exciting Super Bowls I've ever seen (the second half anyway), but the commercials were lame, and the halftime show was a joke.
It'd be different if they'd get some real musicians to perform, but these people were merely performers. All lip-synching, pathetic. And even more pathetic, P. Diddy was lip-synching to a song he didn't even write. Commercialism at its best.

MTV started it all.
If you have kids at home, block that channel.
