KC Cues

I heard from a friend that KC-5 cues that are sold on Ebay were very good for the money. I have been playing pool for just over a year now and am looking to get a decent stick. Does anybody on this forum have any experience with this cue? If so let me know. Thanks

A local guy was selling them, but decided to stop when he had a couple of shafts shatter on him. But before that happened he really liked the way they played.

I have never seen a shaft shatter, what to you acually mean by shatter?

I didn't see it. I'm just repeating what he told me.
I assume he meant it split into multiple pieces.
