Hi,
I've been lurking for a bit and reading suggestions of which table to buy. Not sure if Kasson would be a good choice, but . .
* Their website has no contact information.
* The dealer link on the website is broken.
* I went to the Network Solutions Internet registry to get an e-mail address, sent an e-mail, but the e-mail address is dead.
* I called the phone number on the Internet Registration and a recording picks up, but if you don't know an extension, it hangs up - can't leave a message.
* I faxed to the fax number on the Internet Registration, it took the fax, but I haven't heard back.
I think I made a much bigger effort than most would. I should put as much effort into pool.
So, now I'm thinking I should just take them off my list.
If anyone knows these people, clue them in that no matter how wonderful your product is, you need to have customers to stay in business. /ccboard/images/graemlins/mad.gif
