Old Fashioned game rules

Hi, I was playing a very strange game with an old man in Finland. The finnish name is Kaiser, it is played with two cue balls, two red balls and a yellow ball called the Kaiser. Basically the red balls are worth 3 points and the yellow worth 6. The idea is that the first player to sixty wins. Is there any one out there that knows more about this game and if so can you send me the rules.

Don't have a clue myself. I think you need to ask Fred A. He's pretty much knoledgable about snooker and has traveled quite a bit. He might know.
