I purchased a Fury cue while at my last tournament. I tried hitting a few balls with a demo model, and it felt pretty good. I was wondering if any of you guys had one and what you thought of it?

I don't own one, but I have played with one. I don't think you can get a better cue for the money. I think they play pretty dang good.

Doug,
Both my wife and I play with Fury. That was hers you tried out, so you know my opinion. Also, just returned from the BCA show and had a chance to try a prototype Fury jump/break cue. I already put my order in for when the production models hit. It had a great break, and as a jump cue gives serious challenge to my bunjee.

Steve,

I've been practicing with mine since I got it the other day. I like it, it is a good, solid cue. It will take some getting used to, since it's WAY different than my other cue.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot, how much is an extra shaft for a Fury cue?

A spare for the DL retails for $50, but I think I can do much better than that for you. Just let me know if you want me to pick one up for you. I should be able to do $40 for you.

O-k, my bad...you got the NR series...the shafts retail for $90...I should be able to save you 15 or 20 bucks on that.

A proud and pleased NR-1 owner here. All it needed was a Moori tip to reach perfection! /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif
