Golf Outing at the Midwest Expo/Open

This year the Midwest Expo/Open will hold a golf outing on October 6th in conjunction with all of the pool tournaments.

As some of you may know, professionals as Earl Strickland are also scratch golfers. Earl will be playing and I am awaiting calls back from other top pro's who would like to play.

If you are planning on attending this event and would like to golf please make your reservations early. We only have so many we can take for this event. I will be posting all the info at www.pooltournaments.net (http://www.pooltournaments.net) very soon, so please keep checking the website for all the updated info.

We have sponsorships available for this venue. If you are interested in participating as a sponsor, please e-mail me at windycityopen@aol.com for the sponsorship event list.

I appreciate all your help!

What kinda cost factor will be involved in this? Is it a really nice 'expensive' course? And will it be a format golfing with others, i.e. a scramble? or golf with the 'pool' pros?

I may be interested if there are some more details...thanks.

It is considered a championship course, although there are much nicer in the Chicago area. It will be 18 holes in a scramble format. Earl will be playing and others. The cost of the course is about $50.00 PP with cart. There will be a dinner and luncheon. Door prizes, raffles and winners prizes too! You can check out the course by going to www.pheasantrun.com (http://www.pheasantrun.com) then to the golf area.

We are looking for sponsorships for this venue, so if you are interested please contact me at windycityopen@aol.com

Thanks for asking!
