What does everyone use to clean their shafts when they are playing? I use a piece of textured leather. It removes all the chalk,powder,etc..and makes my shaft glide smooth. /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I use a micro-fiber towel. My shaft has a sealer on it and thats all it takes. /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Recently, I've been using the Q-Wiz, with very good results. /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Mostly just a towel. Sometimes the q-wiz, and very occasionally, I'll use the finest grit of the q-smooth papers.

I use a Q-Wiz. I've used that nifty little pad for over 2 years & it's my only method anymore. It's the best method I've found in 45 years of playing Pool. My local pool hall doesn't use Powder to slick your hands & the Q-Wiz keeps my Cue playable by removing the surface stickiness. It washes well in my jeans too.

I use Dr Z shaft pack ( cuesforless.com).
It keeps my hands clean and my shaft really slick .
