Has anyone heard of this cue maker from the Philippines? Does anyone have one of his cues? If so how do you like it? good quality? decent hit? any problems with them?

I don't have one but I have been watching his auctions on ebay and he has a 101 feedbacks with %100,my question would be can his cues stand up to american made cues for quality, workmanship, and yes the hit!
