I am in search of a good cast aluminum cleaner for the pocket openings of this table. Any suggestions?

I am far from an expert on this but depending on what you are trying to accomplish you may need to have them plated. It is not too expensive. Aluminum comes in different grades. I have some aircraft aluminum that will polish up like sterling silver. Most aluminum like they make window frames from or lawn chairs won't polish up at all. I am sure there are cleaners around that say for aluminum though.

I always use a wire brush and a drill to polish aluminum up.

Try a dremel tool with a small wire brush bit.

Thank you for the info. The corner and side pocket on this snooker table are cast aluminum and are in fair shape. I would like for them to be a little moe shiny. If I am not able to do it myself, I'll try a plating co.

Thank you for your reply. I'm having some luck with a product called NeverDull, but I'm not satisfied with it.

Try Simichrome Polish.
