I will be in Atlanta on business next week and was wondering if someone could tell me of a pool hall in the Peachtree Plaza area.

TIA

Try Larry & Barb Cooper's new place...Barleys Billiards.

I wouldn't, it's a dump. Spend the extra time to go to Mr. Cues II.

You obviously have NOT been to Larry and Barbara's new room in downtown Atlanta. If is VERY nice, nonsmoking, and has 30-some 9' tables to enjoy. However, it is not in the Peachtree area. The closest room would be either the Pool House (just off Peachtree Industrial Blvd, immediately outside the beltway), or Buckhead Billiards, in the downtown area of Buckhead.

Actually, I play in BCA League two seasons a year.
And it is a very nice place. Nicer than ANYWHERE
in Atlanta area. But Scott actually they are all
8' tables. Thanks for setting this the record straight
though as for Barley's being a nice place.

Go to Barleys in downtown. It's a great place. Location could be better. Barleys is a clean, smoke free, great place. Check out their site at: www.barleysatlanta.com (http://www.barleysatlanta.com)

I play in BCA League two seasons a year there and it is a very nice place. Nicer than ANYWHERE I've been in the Atlanta area. All 8' tables - Approx. 40 tables.

Well I made it to Barley's Wednesday night with some co-workers. It turned out to be only a block from my hotel, the Hyatt Regency. Very nice place. The eight footers with Simonis kinda spoiled me though. It has been tough adjusting to my usual nines with Mali shag carpeting. The staff at Barley's is very good and the beer very cold!
