JPNEWT 4TH Annual NJ State 8-Ball Championships

The JPNEWT 4th Annual NJ State 8-Ball Championships will be held this weekend, July 17/18th at Herbert's Billiards in Secaucus, NJ.

It is a $500 added event with a free paid entry to the 2004 WPBA US Open.

The format is as follows:

Race to 5, double elimination
Finals, one race to 7
BCA rules apply
JPNEWT membership required ($30)
JPNEWT dress code enforced (see www.newt9ball.com (http://www.newt9ball.com) for dress code)
You can register on the day of the event or call in, field is not limited.
WPBA Touring Pros can play in this event (Dawn Hopkins is the defending champion, but unfortunately will not be there this year)

The Players' meeting (REQUIRED) starts at 10:30 am
Free practice from 9:00 to 10:30
Play starts promptly at 11 am

Herberts has a full service bar and a cafe serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Spectators are welcome and spectator seating is available.
