well i gave myself a ribbon cuz i don't deserve the trophy yet. that comes after 1 year...lol...but it just dawned on me that as of july 1 i have been smoke free for 6 months. It really means alot to me the support and encouragement that i have gotten from my friends on here. it has helped me in a great way. So thank you all my friends.......mike
