link to RSB?

What is this RSB pool forum that I always hear about? Can anyone give me a link to it?

RSB is a usenet newsgroup, rec.sport.billiard. You can google it, but a dedicated newsreader like Free Agent works much better. Outlook Express also will work. You need usenet access through your ISP, and you need to setup the client app with the server name(usually something like news.myisp.com).
