Mr. Anonomous 216.66.128.31: If his posts consist of nothing but agitating and inflamatory posts, should he be allowed to continue posting?

I don't know who Anonymous 216.66.128.31 is. All the Anonymous' look the same to me. I have too many other things to think about to spend time memorizing IP addresses.

If an anonymous poster distinguished himself with the quality of his posts, I suppose I would, but it hasn't occured to me to do that yet. It would be too cumbersome and time consuming.
