Indiana poolrooms...Oscar's Billiard Club?

Hello,
I was hoping someone could give me some insight into poolrooms near Sturgis, MI. South Bend is close by and according to poolrooms.com there are a few rooms nearby. I'm looking for a poolroom with good equipment and "players". Oh yeah, and I'd like it to be relatively safe (i.e. I don't want to get shot or robbed). I liked the description of Oscar's Billiard Club on poolrooms.com. Does anyone have anymore info. on that poolhall?

I have never been to that room, but I would recommend calling before making a trip. Some of the information on that site is outdated. It has one room still listed in Terre Haute that closed down a long time ago. I emailed them about it but I dont think it was ever updated.
