Retipping my que

Can't seem to make my new tips adhere to the que when I do it myself. What kind of glue and proceedure should I use. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I use Duro Super Glue Gel. I replace all of my own tips and a few for friends. Never had one come off.
