Well today marks the 9th month in a row without a cigarette. My granddaughter Farron called to remind me today of this fact. And i don't really miss it anymore. Just keeps getting easier everyday...............mike

Good job, cueball1950! I'm proud of you too. /ccboard/images/graemlins/smile.gif It's not an easy thing to stop smoking, but once you do it and you know you've stopped for good, it's an easy choice to not smoke again.

Good for you Mike.
From my experience, you will still get the urge to smoke, from time to time, but it gets easier to resist. /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Keep up the good work.
