Where can I find ball position markers?

Anyone know where I could find and buy the ball position markers like the referees use at major pool tournaments like a US OPEN 14-1?

You can actually make your own out of a nice piece of wood. A piece of nylon will work well too. Cut a V slot in the side and your are done.
