View Full Version : Looking for league for youth players in Maryland

I have a son who loves the game.
Unfortunately,he's not old enough to play APA or BCA leagues or tournaments.
The only competition he has is me and I'm not fun to play with day in and day out.
Does anyone know of leagues or tournaments in Maryland where he can compete?
I doesn't have to be a youth event, just one people under 21 can enter.

I played in a BCA league before I was 18, they did ask that I have a parent with me, but after a couple sessions they didn't care. I'm sure he could play in a league if you were with him. However, this is Texas, things may be different in Maryland.

You might try calling Bill & Billy's Cue Sports, in Arnold, Maryland. It is a no alcohol pool room, and they do have junior leagues, atleast they used to. Don't know where you live in Maryland, but even if you aren't close to them, they might have some info for you.

If you want to PM me and tell me your location, I might be able to give you some other ideas.

Good luck,
