adding jpegs???

how do you add an image to a post? I see the "image" link which asks for a URL?

The image has to be somewhere on the internet, for you to add it to your post. Either another internet site or one of the picture storing services will work.
I believe it gives an explanation on how to post them, in the "Frequently Asked Questions" (FAQ) section of this site.
