Fujairah International 8-Ball Tournament

I know Alex Lely won it, but does anyone know where brackets are located for this event or where I can get more info other than azbilliards?

You can go to http://www.webcityonline.com and click on the button on the upper right. No brackets there and not a lot of info but it is really all there is.

I am promised a more complete report later as well as a few more pics.
