I was wondering if anyone has any advice on a consistant 10 ball break?

There are 5 different break shots for 10 ball. The locations are dependent on the particular ball you are trying to make, if you are being spotted a ball.
Joe Tucker's Book, "Racking Secrets" spelled these locations out. These diagrams are very good.
NOTE: Nothing diagramed is perfect though, because you have different cloths on different tables, with different balls hit with different cues, which are held by human beings.
But having somewhere to start from, which has been researched and experienced, is better than guessing.

What are the 5 breaking points?

They are points A,B,C,D & E. Plus F & G.
Joe actually defines & diagrams 7 placement points and a couple racking orders to cause lots of cue ball travel during the run.
