I am looking to pick up a sneaky pete to fool around with and have on me as a backup. My only requirements are that it looks good, has a nice solid hit, and is under $100. Any recommendation are very welcome. Thanks

I recommend the Dufferin SP's. They make nice cues that hit very well for the money. I've owned a couple over the years, and wish I still had one.

Its not $100. Actually the shaft isn't even $100 but If you ever progress to a higher end cue in the future, go for the predator 314 sneaky pete. Its $400 and is the best cue for the money in my opinion.

I bought an Action at DCC for 80 dollars and I
like it a lot.

Chad Carter, IMO, makes the best value sneaky pete. It is a custom made cue, and I think I paid around $125-$150 for mine. You can get Bocote, Cocobola, or any butt material you want. Any tip and shaft taper. And if anything does go wrong on the cue, Chad is more than happy to make it right.

I have a joss sneaky pete that hits a ton, maybe to much of a hit for you ,real solid ,it has the serial numbers on it ,I'm going to put it up on ebay soon but it'll fetch about $150.00 plus the shipping.

( i was thinking about turning it into a break cue and having a Phenolic tip put on it! /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif
