Are these cues any good? I hear that Lucasi makes them. What is the difference in these sticks on this page http://www.billiardwarehouse.com/cues/players/players-sp-jumpbreak-pool-cues.htm I want a sneaky pete.

They are good for an inexpensive cue. The two on the right are traditional sneaky pete's, one in cocobolo and maple, the other in rosewood and maple. They should play about the same - it's mainly a personal taste thing. For $39 it's hard to go wrong. Call them and get one with your weight.
I like that butterfly splice cue - it's cool looking and would be fine too. What's nice about having a cue like this is that other players won't mistake it for a house cue and disappear like sneaky pete's do.
The others are jump/break cues - which are specialty cues not designed for normal playing.
