View Full Version : Can you help identify this nifty old cue

Ok I picked up a couple of old cues at a flea market a while back. One's a nice old brunswick (more on that cue another day). The other one is unlike any other cue I've seen. It has a wood screw joint, so I think it is an old carom cue. It seems to have ivory around the joint and for the ferrule. The butt has an unusual shape- it ends in a ball shape with no place for a bumper. The wood is very dark. I dont know if it's ebony or ebonized. Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated

Looks like a neat old cue from the early 1900s. If the butt is really heavy it is probably Ebony.####
