pool table sights placement

I have recently refurbishe a 9' pool table and find the sights out of wack. Does anyone know the geometry of placing these sights correctly? Thanks for any input.

This is being discussed elsewhere, but briefly ... 12.5 inches apart. 3.25 inches from the nose of the cushion. The cushion noses should be 100 inches apart in the long direction and 50 inches apart in the short direction. If they aren't, the 12.5 spacing will be wrong.
