I think it is how some people view the threads. I'm not sure what it is called exactly, but I view the boards a web page...the threads are set up like AZ, kinda. Other view kinda like a newsgroup where the threads are not collapsed, so each reply to a reply extends out. it would kinda be like this...but times 200, LOL.
