"wallace" peaked at 900 per mil in the 20's, 200 per mil in the 50's and slowly dropping off until virtually nonexistent now.
I don't believe it. too many famous wally's out there. Wally Joyner. Wally Weiss, Wally Cleaver, Wally Cox.
