If you're racking in a game of 9 ball, with the 1 ball being placed on the spot, is there a good way of arranging the balls in the rack that would make it harder for your opponent to break and run out? This also taking into consideration which area of the table your opponent is breaking from.

Like Nick mentioned in his link, you can rack balls in a certain order to try to have the balls end up at opposite ends of the table.
There are other 'moves' like moving the rack/1 ball to different parts of the spot, as well as shadier moves like putting gaps in the 'right' places to stop certain balls from going on the break. But I don't know anything about that. /ccboard/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
