All the guys at Golden Cue couldn't have been nicer. The owner at Golden Cue, Ken Hoshide, has really hired a great bunch of guys over there. Duane, the manager, has been actively involved with me in preparing for the event this past weekend. It felt like we were in our favorite restaurant with our favorite waiter there to make sure that the birthday dinner goes exactly as planned. All of the guys were really cool, Ali, Joe, Fernando, Duane and of course Ken. You all made the ladies (and myself) feel very welcome. I can't wait to do it again. Mike--

Jenny Lee went undefeated through the tournament with wins over Mona Remedios, Melissa Morris, Jeri Engh, Susan Mello, Jane Fujinaga and Susan Mello again in the finals. All of Jenny's draw included players that have competed in WPBA Pro events. Great playing Jenny!

Congratulations Mike on another successful SoCal event.

While I'm happy for Jenny Lee and Susan Mello, I personally was pulling for Jane Fujinaga of Nor Cal.

Jessie Killian is a nice young lady who should do well in the future. I was talking with her yesterday at Campbell Billiards and she admitted to being VERY nervous about playing around such a great group.

Dr. D, Holly, Cheesemouse & Troy...

Thanks for your kind words. It's pretty much a thankless job, but I gotta get the new players their qualifying spots.

Likes the abuse (not).
