H.Con.Res. 2 (rds) Providing for a conditional adjournment of the House of Representatives and a conditional recess or adjournment of the Senate. <font color="blue">Hmmm, so the first thing they do is give themselves the day off. </font color>

H.Con.Res. 6 (rfs) Expressing the sense of the Congress that the Department of Defense should continue to exercise its statutory authority to support the activities of the Boy Scouts of America, in particular the periodic national and world Boy Scout Jamborees. <font color="blue">I'll go for that. BSA all the way. </font color>

H.Con.Res. 9 (ih) Entitled the ``English Plus Resolution''. <font color="blue">You have to go to the fine print on this one. </font color> Whereas ``English-only'' measures, or proposals to designate English as the sole official language of the United States, would violate traditions of cultural pluralism, divide communities along ethnic lines, jeopardize the provision of law enforcement, public health, education, and other vital services to those whose English is limited, impair government efficiency, and undercut the national interest <font color="blue">I don't think so. </font color>

H.Con.Res. 15 (ih) Expressing the sense of Congress that Congress has the sole and exclusive power to declare war. <font color="blue">Hey, we don't really need all those Constitutional checks and balances, do we? </font color>

H.J.Res. 9 (ih) Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President. <font color="blue">King George the first? How about it Q? </font color>

H.J.Res. 16 (ih) Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the sixteenth article of amendment. <font color="blue"> This repeals income tax. </font color>

H.J.Res. 2 (ih) Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to permit persons who are not natural-born citizens of the United States, but who have been citizens of the United States for at least 20 years, to be eligible to hold the Office of President. <font color="blue">Gooo Arrrnold!! </font color>

H.J.Res. 42 (ih) Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to permit persons who are not natural-born citizens of the United States, but who have been citizens of the United States for at least 35 years, to be eligible to hold the offices of President and Vice President. <font color="blue">Nooo Arrrnold!! </font color>
