Tiger tips, which is the glue side?

I have a question. I'm fixing to install a couple of Tiger tips and I'm not sure which is the glue side. Do I sand the finished glossy side and glue that side to the ferrule? Or is the other, (non finished, non glossy side), the glue side?

One side has a stamped figure... (see Tiger Products website) that is the glue side.
