I couldn't go to this web page, but it's probably similar to 419eater.com. Check that one out - it's a bunch of folks who scam the scammers. They pick on the Nigerians who run those scams where they pretend to be trying to get millions of dollars out of the country, and need a "helper" with a bank account to receive it. Some of the stories are hilarious, where they spend months pretending to be suckers while wasting the scammers' time and money. They even film the scammers at phony setups where they expect to receive money from the "suckers".

A great laugh. Only the young have enough energy to go to all that trouble to stink the scammer.
