Ozone/McDermott?

Has anyone run into any problems with Ozone Billiards? I ordered an MG3 McDermott cue, which is supposed to have a linen wrap at the grip...to my surprise however, the cue has some kind of cheap rubber grip instead. I'm working on contacting them now, but was curious if anyone has had similar problems.

I have had several dealings with Ozone and they are top noch! If there is a problem they will make it right. Also they have the best prices on the net.
