My friends, I have lost my cell phone. But more importantly, I lost the cell phone holder/pouch that I got in Las Vegas. It was a designer pouch with a magnetic clasp, and pool ball graphics on the leather exterior.

I can't seem to find anywhere on line that sells these, but I know they must exist out there in cyberland. Any help would be greatly appreciated. nAz?

Did you get it from a vender at the tournament, or somewhere else in Vegas? Did you get it from that guy that sold all the leather stuff - particularly, the guy that sold the leather wrapped shot glasses? (I don't recall a cell phone holder in that booth...)

Next to the gift store that has the annoying toy soldier shooting at you.

I love that toy soldier! I wish I had bought one for my office!

Well maybe you can call up the casino and have them patch you through to the store and order one over the phone. If you can do that, find out the number of the store that has the soldier and send it to me.

Hey Fred, remember Eric Sagong from RSB/ASP, I think he is still going to UNLV, maybe he can pick you up one. He's a good kid (for a pool player /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif), he'll try if he's still out there. I have his UNLV email address at home I think, but I only get home on weekends. Do you want me to try to find it for you?

<hr /></blockquote>Not necessary, Steve. Besides, didn't Eric end up moving to CT?

Worst case, I figure I'd ask Rip, who lives in Vegas.

<blockquote><font class="small">Quote Fred Agnir:</font><hr> Worst case, I figure I'd ask Rip, who lives in Vegas.<hr /></blockquote>It's possible that it was one of those specialty items that they carry only during the pool tournaments. /ccboard/images/graemlins/frown.gif I'm still thinking nAz will be able to help... /ccboard/images/graemlins/wink.gif

If you ask Rip to get you one, please ask him to get me one too. /ccboard/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Yep, that toy soldier is annoying!

And perfect for some of the micro-managing, status-Nazi managers I have!

It keeps me legal!

Not meaning to hijack Fred's topic, but did you ever decide on a camera? Both Spetty and I picked up the Canon S1 IS.

Sorry Fred on a quick look see I could not find that item. I will try again tomorrow at work that is when i have more time. /ccboard/images/graemlins/smile.gif
I did however came across some face plate covers with pool ball graphics on them Faceplate (http://www.tangshop.com/motorola-v60i-transparent-image-billiards.html) (not too bad looking either) but nothing like you described.
what you had must have been a limited edition custom case. /ccboard/images/graemlins/smile.gif Boy I would love to get something like that, I remember seeing one on Ebay a few months back it had an 8Ball decal on it but it was made of vinyl so i passed on it.

I think Babs has the right idea get in touch with the store and see if you can order two of them... one for you and one for me. /ccboard/images/graemlins/smile.gif

BTW are the holders made to fit any model cell phone?

Not to worry, Fred is used to being hijacked. /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Not yet, once I missed getting one in time for my nephew's wedding the rush was off. I had my son come over and take some cue pics with his. However I still want to get one, how is the S1 IS working out?

As of last August he was still at UNLV. I hooked up with him for a little pool while I was in town for the APA nationals. I got the impression he wanted to work in the hotel/gaming industry so I expect he is still there. The kid's got the most amazing memory, I hadn't seen him since one of Jimbo's things when he was still in CT and he remembered the most minutest details about me and my family from our conversation. It works to his advantage on the poker tables, he has all the odds "in memory" and doesn't have to figure anything. Of course, that may be a normal memory, at 59 I don't remember. /ccboard/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

<hr /></blockquote>They were for the flip phones. My Motorola V400 (relatively big on the flip phone scale) squeezed in.

Fred <hr /></blockquote>Hi Fred, I have a Motorola V551 and I think that your 400 is similar in dimensions as mine. I would love to get that case holder too! See what you've started!

I'm scouring the 'net to see if I can find it. Doh! I'll let you know if I come across it.
