Problems with gc 3!!

Just got a gc 3 in the garage on the 27 and its plays great only 2 problems the cloth is coming off the cushion(where it connects to the rail and it is weird in the same place on the opposite side it rail is like a wave and the cushion i think is uneven with the rail.but the good thing is the mechanics are coming out on tuesday and fixing it and it doesnt affect play at all. can anybody tell me if this has ever happened to them or why this happens. Very happy with the table though. great table for the price just need a better set of balls.(gettin sap or cenntenials)thanks for your help

They need to replace the feather strip in the rail that the cloth is loose and It sounds like they might have pulled the cloth to tight.If you pull the rail cloth to tight you can see waves in the cushions and also pull the cloth loose from the feather strips.Its a simple repair

alight thanks the dealers comin tomorow to fix it another thing on the top rail they drilled a bolt way to much and it is coming up the rail where there is a big bump.
