Find a spring loaded cue...?

We have one at the school like Tom Rossman has at his shows. Since I can't find one on eBay, I'll see if tapping the CCB will give me a lead. Used or new, where would I get a spring loaded cue? The one I'm talking about has a measurement line for spring stroke power settings, and you just push the shaft into the handle until it's as far as you want it to go. I need to go see if it has a name of some kind printed on it somewhere.

From the description it sounds like the Power Q. Not sure if it's still in production but here is page with some info just in case:

Local cue dealer sold them in mid-90's for around $250.
