I finally got around to scanning in my columns from Billiards Digest. They are available as PDF files as items 34 and 35 (at the end) of http://www.sfbilliards.com/misc.htm

Now when I make one of those annoying references to a 10-year-old column, you actually have a chance to read it. There are two files, each about 17MB, so you will suffer if you have a slow connection.

The scan-to-text conversion is not perfect, so please let me know if you see any errors.

Thanks, Bob! That is a great resource. I look forward to reading through all of them. Also, it will nice to be able to easily reference them in the future. I also have all of my BD articles (http://www.engr.colostate.edu/~dga/pool/bd_articles/index.html) online. I wish all past magazine articles were available online. You can't expect most people to keep magazines lying around the house like books.

Regards,
Dave

I too anticipate hours of pleasant and informative reading if my computer ever succeeds in downloading them. A big THANKS for going to all that trouble.

I'm planning on dividing them up into individual articles with an index for easier reference (and much faster downloads).

I also plan to put up George Onoda's technical articles from 1989-1992, but I need to get another permission first.
