Sid,

I rememeber that APA only allows one stick in a game. BCA, I believe, allows all legal vues, jump, break and regular playing cue. Not sure about VNEA.

The APA does not allow jump cues, but they do allow jumping with a full cue.

I have played all big 3, APA, Valley, and BCA.
Valley and BCA, as stated in their National tournaments,
allow 3 cues at the table, any combination you want, just
3 maximum. And who cares about the APA? They are by far
the worst big league of any, IMO. Just look at their
handicap system ...

Jump cues are allowed in VNEA, so long as that when you place the jump cue from side rail to side rail it touches both sides(on a bar box)....at least from my understading!
