Hal's Aiming System

I recently received a PM from this guy, HALHOULE, rebutting a reply I made to a post on dominant eye aiming. But it seems Hal doesn't receive responses to his PM's.

I'd like to hear what he has to say about aiming, but it seems he favors contention over elucidating. Does anyone know Hal's theories and if they are worth discussing?
